The Sacker machine:
the sacker machines Leonardi are available in four
sizes: 3, 5, 7.5 and 10 kg. The housing and the cylinder
are made in stainless steel, the gear box in aluminium with
bushes and gear in zinc plating steel. The size 3 kg has one
speed. All the other models have the attachment for slow
forward speed (work) and a second attachment for fast
back speed. The piston in nylon with packing has an air
valve. The cylinder is self blocking after the introduction
of it in the housing without unnecessary hooks. The machine
can be blocked on the table thanks to the two hooks that came
with it. On the side of the machine there are two holes for
them.  It
is easy to clean thanks to the smooth housing and thanks to
the fact that pistons, cylinder and rack can be taken off
easily. All the sacker machines Leonardi are excellent for
sausage making and as hunting equipment.

The kneading Machine Vichi is a news in Leonardi production.
Available in three versions, 5, 10 and 18 kg, works in few
minutes an homogeneous dough for pasta or bread, thanks
to the movements of the mixing arm and the basin in opposite
directions. The
kneading Machine Vichi is a great dough mixer and dough
kneader. Another important
characteristic is the possibility to use the motor with the
other application of the Leonardi production; every kneading
machine, infact, works with the motor MR0 or MR9 and can
be easily disconnected.
